• Welcome to OGBoards 10.0, keep in mind that we will be making LOTS of changes to smooth out the experience here and make it as close as possible functionally to the old software, but feel free to drop suggestions or requests in the Tech Support subforum!

Violations finally coming down, it seems.

Taking bets on it being Tennessee Tech, Wyoming, Maine, Kennesaw State, Idaho, and Samford. These violations of rules will not be tolerated!

NCAA enforcing rules? Not if Carolina is involved in a clear scheme to keep players academically eligible. If these penalties are supposed to represent the integrity of the NCAA rules then it’s another yawner in a long line of sleepy and selective enforcement.

Look for some great quotes from K and Roy and they skate yet lament the state of the game

When NC State gets named and punished, heads will explode on Pack Pride.

Only the young ones. Those of us who have lived NC State Shit™ for more than 30 years are just glad we got Keatts locked down with a big buyout so he can try to dig us out again.

So we have to wait until July?

The specific schools will likely leak out ahead of that, right?

Hard to believe the NCAA will hammer Kansas and Arizona after letting u*NC skate. $ talks.

Then again, neither Kansas nor AZ is part of ESPN's Greatest Rivalry in sports with Duke.

If Auburn makes this list is Bruce Pearl banned from coaching in the NCAA?

From everywhere but KY, KU and UNC.

The punishment for AZ and KU will be to go to comedy violation class. Rob Riegle will teach a one morning course on NCAA cash/benefits violations.

It had been previously reported that the NCAA was investigating Arizona, KS and L'ville. Those schools were also mentioned during the course of the FBI investigation and resulting trial. Among the other 17 schools prominently named during the trial were: OK State, Auburn, LSU and NC State.

You'd think Louisville would get extra-slammed. Come home(ish), Chris Mack!

Surely LSU will get nailed. And if Auburn was involved, having a multiple time violator as HC can't be good...

That was no fancy helicopter. The way that story was told you would've thought they landed in Trump's private helicopter.

It was ludicrous regardless of the fanciness of the helicopter. Gottfried took a helicopter from Raleigh to Fayetteville and landed it on school grounds during class. And the whole thing was just apparently to say "hi" because Gottfried left within 10 minutes or something.

the proper way to visit a school in a helicopter

Don’t want to mention The Hat doing the same thing? It’s all insane and moronic.

Clearly they were late making a payment and had to bring it by helicopter or risk losing him.

Twitter says the NCAA are about to put the pups up. DSJ couldn’t have been worth it.
