This whole episode is the entirely predictable outcome of at least 30 years' worth of Republicans, and their media supporters, calling anyone who doesn't support endless wars and endless tax cuts for the rich "un-American". Pretty easy to graft that onto the strong strain of racism and white supremacy lurking in the Republican party, and here we are.
So, too lame to respond honestly? Or just want to own the libs?
Dude, what are you talking about? I'm making fun of ECU. Sit this one out.
As a legal strategy, do prosecutors seek indictment for cases they know they will lose?
Bad analogy. This is more like a situation where a prosecutor has slam dunk evidence but knows that the jury that has been pre-selected are all buddies with the accused and will never convict.
Regardless, being against impeachment because you know the Senate won’t convict and you’re scared of Trump is as spineless a position as you could possibly take.
So is your position just that impeachment shouldn't exist?
As a legal strategy, do prosecutors seek indictment for cases they know they will lose?
OK, but that process is shit and resulted in the popular vote winner by a wide margin losing the election. Relying on that alone is not wise.
The electoral process is way more likely to cause Trump's removal than congressional impeachment and removal efforts.
Sure. Are you saying the election will be cancelled if the Dems impeach?
Not unique to cnn. NPR...MSNBC...
Huh? No need to be obtuse. I was responding to a comment that we shouldn’t only rely on the electoral process to get trump out of office, but as of now, it is the only viable process.
You cannot be serious including NPR in with MSNBC?
