Trump Wants to Buy Greenland

Hmmm...I wonder what Putin wants with Greenland?
 
Y’all can make fun, but Greenland will be incredibly valuable real estate once all the ice melts in like 50 years.
 
Carve it into five states with 100 deplorables each to cement the electoral college.
 
You know what’s funny? Iceland is mostly green and Greenland is mostly ice
 
I envision Greenland quickly being renamed "Trump: The State", and the Trump administration soon thereafter signing a deal with Putin to allow Russian military bases there. Which will be followed by Ivana and Don, Jr. placing internet and newspaper ads selling Trumplandia real estate to the rubes so they can move to a place with no minorities and nothing but people like themselves. Except that most of the real estate will be covered by ice.

This is 4d climate chess Trump is playing. Sew doubt in climate science and use your power to suppress government science on the matter, while everyone is arguing about carbon and the dutch autistic girl is sailing across the North Atlantic buy Greenland nice cheap before all the ice melts, abandon Puerto Rico, Florida, Alabama, etc. as they become unliveably hot and dangerous due to hurricanes and sea level rise (Alabama is barely habitable already), pass a new homestead act to get people to relocate to Greenland (we'll have to kill off all the Inuit living there now :(, or give them a reservation in what's left of Alabama), find oil previously buried under mountains of Greenland Ice and build coastal resort hotels. Let's not forget everyone though Jefferson was crazy when he made the Louisiana Purchase!
