Good find.

Even further down is a line that says Clemson played 111 players! in their game. I thought there was an NCAA roster limit (not just scholarship limit). The 111 number would mean they have at least 26 walk-ons, and probably a few more because odds are, a few guys on scholarship were too injured to play Saturday.

51 played offense 41 played defense 19 on special teams 3 players with numbers 28 & 48 per Packer and Durham this morning.

And then there were ... 18

Virginia, Kansas State, UAB and Cal all fell in Week 5, leaving us with 18 remaining unbeaten teams to wrap up September. Some of the names were expected: Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Penn State, Ohio State, Oklahoma. A few others register as only mild surprises: LSU, Auburn, Wisconsin. And there are always a few top Group of 5 teams still standing at this point, too, and it's no shocker that Memphis, Appalachian State and Boise State are here.
The rest, though? There are some teams treading in new territory. So, how do they stack up? Here's how we'd rank them based on likelihood they're still undefeated at the end of October.
Wake Forest: The Deacons are shaping up as the only real competition for Clemson the rest of the way, but the crazy thing is the reverse might be true, too. Wake has winnable games ahead of it all the way to its road trip to Death Valley on Nov. 16.

-------

The "collision course" narrative is starting. Nice of them not to mention that the main reason we're probably still undefeated at the end of October is that we only play 2 games in October, both at home.

Schlabach doesn't have Clemson making the CFP which drops us down. He has Clemson in the Orange. Bonagura has UVa in the Orange.

Wonder who he has beating Clemson? If Clemson is undefeated, it will be hard to keep them out of the CFP.

If Clemson wins out I don’t see how they could not be in the playoff.
Who does he think is going to beat them?

He probably thinks a team that almost lost to UNC could lose to anybody on their schedule.

The almost loss to u*NC may be a wake up call like the Syracuse game was last season.
