Sailor show us where an inquiry vote is required (by law or constitution) to initiate impeachment proceedings please.
I think we all know that even if an inquiry vote took place you would find alternative reasons to call this all a sham. My money is either on: 1) well GOP didn’t vote to open the inquiry so this is merely a partisan witch hunt or 2) this is just to undermine the 2016 election - unconstitutional damnit!
Did you ever check them out? Link: https://thehill.com/policy/defense/245152-issa-escorted-out-of-benghazi-deposition
Here is Republican Trey Gowdy removing Issa from a closed-door impeachment hearing. The Clinton impeachment worked the same exact way this one is, except for the fact that democrats complied with subpoenas.
When all you do is echo talking points without doing your own research, its the definition of ignorant.

What the hell?
Sometimes I think Pelosi doesn’t understand that she’s dealing with the biggest scandal in US history, not just presidential or political history. All time. History will not look kindly on her if these people aren’t punished.
All she needs to do is float stories about Susan McDougal to normalize jailing people for refusing to comply with subpoenas, then give Guliani and their goons a warning to comply. Then do it.
That’s the point. She can shape history and she’s hesitating.
