I think we are, but Dook is our biggest competition. It's tough to judge them after 4 games. Blown out by Alabama (no surprise) easy wins over Middle Tenn and A&T (as expected) and then an impressive win over a VT team that is an absolute mess. We have better wins than they do so far. Should be a good game.
 
Duke lost their most explosive RB to a season-ending shoulder injury. Their entire offense revolves around the QB Harris. Take him out of the game (via game plan) and they have no offense.

A redshirt junior with 12 carries for 56 yards this season.
 
If we beat State and Duke, then yes we will be the best team in NC with the possible exception of App State.

LOL. We're trying to beat Clemson and be the best team in the Carolinas.
