Nobody ranked worse than 16th seems to have been invited to a NY6 bowl since it began so I’m not sure how it would work.

Or in a sad, but hilarious scenario...
We go 10-2 and finish ranked around 14th as a sure lock to go to the Orange Bowl, but Clemson inexplicably drops the ACCCG to Pitt or UVA and we get screwed out of the OB.
