I am currently sitting inside of my car at our high school waiting for my father in law to pick me up because my wife inexplicably took the keys to my car and forgot she left them in her purse. She’ll totally own this mistake and apologize though.

Prepping for my first colonoscopy. I thought the fasting was going to be the challenging part, then I took the medicine. Im not even concerned about the procedure at this point. Just want to eat and get off the toilet. Not recommended.
 
If we had free universal healthcare I bet the number of colonoscopies in this country would skyrocket.

Candy cane´s are not a thing in Portugal. It makes me almost wonder if the 3 wise men didn´t actually bring baby jesus, candy canes, a christmas tree and a advent calendar. I am realizing how inherently american many of the Christmas traditions I am use to are.
 
This year we have a cheese advent calendar from Aldi and a Lego Harry Potter one.  The adults are just as excited as the kids about these.

I did this. I went to Lenox, actually, to pick up something at Pottery Barn for my wife because they wouldn't ship it for free.

I'm sure you know Lenox pretty well... Parking was fine. The mall itself was fine. The spirit of Christmas was everywhere. All you would hope for and more. But it was getting back in my car and then trying to leave that was terrible. Only a few ways to get out of there... Miserable.
