They have read the seven counts - all guilty.

The fun begins!!

I'm not sure there's a guy in the history of this country who looks more like a caricature movie villain than Roger Stone.

Everyone around Trump are criminals, but somehow he stays above the fray. Amazing

Let's look at the scorecard:

Roger Stone - longest term advisor - guilty
Paul Manafort - Campaign Mgr. - in jail
Rick Gates - Deputy Campaign Mgr. - guilty awaiting sentencing
Michael Cohen- in jail
Michael Flynn - National Security Advisor -guilty- awaiting sentencing
A couple of more guppies have been in jail as well.

But Trump has no complicity. It's just his inner-circle. They acted without his knowledge or any direction. Where would you like your bridge delivered?

As well as witness tampering, obstruction of justice, bribery

Usually a pardon is about someone committing one crime, Stone would have to get a blanket pardon. The downside is if he accepts the pardon he can't claim 5th Amendment protections on future investigations. He'd have to testify fully and truthfully or have new charges from which he wouldn't be pardoned and would likely carry stiffer sentences.

Normally a pardon is a great thing, but for someone who has participated in many crimes and has accomplices, it could bite him and them on their asses.
