Next will you present us with comments from Fauci in February out of context? Even that “smart guy” didn’t have all the answers at first. How can you trust anything anymore. Reopen NC
 
Not to get political or anything, but I really think 2&2 ought to put his health where his mouth is and go to one of those COVID superspreader parties. Then he can self-report on whether it kills him or harms his heart or whatever and we can all rely on his anecdotes to put this whole thing to rest. Pics of test results and EKG or GTFO.

2&2, can you comment on this study too? They didn't use survey monkey, so that is good I guess, but they are Italians so therefore eat a lot of pasta and shell fish...so who knows, right?

Whoa, did you read the source paper or something before criticizing the methodologies of the study?
 
To be fair a lot of these hospital and retrospective studies are pretty bad, misleading, or have significant flaws. It happens a lot in hospital settings where for some reason MD's are encouraged to publish for career advancement where before it was you publish if you have something really interesting or unique. That's why these studies often then require a meta study of related studies to combine and hopefully help cover some of the flaws and even then you often see 200 papers were looked at, 165 papers were excluded due to A, B, and C.

The drawbacks are you will get some immunity to the vector so you can never use that vector again, you potentially could still get a booster but the efficacy might be less really hard to tell until the trial is done.

Word, that matches my understanding of it.. so even if novel and provides some immunity at first since they use a unique adeno strain.. if the length of immunity isn't very long then it means once you've use it up you are probably not gonna be able to use it year after year.. but it could be a good stop gap/help slow things down (or if phase 3 goes very well and immunity lasts longer then even better).

The only approved vaccine currently (CanSino) also uses Adeno but since it is a not a novel chimp one it likely gets shut down right away instead of actually serving its purpose for the majority of the population (which is why only China is using this one, and for military use only iirc).

Clearly you need to do a better job of going in with preconceived conclusions and then fitting what's there to what you already know to be true.

forfeit incomes and personal businesses

hug our grandparents through plastic
thoroughly have us on the verge of civil war with each other.

ALL TO TURN AROUND AND TELL US THAT MOST OF IT IS NIXED AND COMPLETELY NEGATED, IF WE WANT TO:

protest
riot
kill even more people
loot businesses (many already on the brink of bankruptcy)
deface national monuments
destroy our cities
defund & disband our police
set everything on fire

...and all the while, we're allegedly at tremendous risk of an oh-so-deadly virus that can be diagnosed without official testing, or with so-called testing being counted & reported dishonestly, and reported on death certificates even if we die by falling off a cliff...

...and even though it's super "dangerous", the things that actually keep us healthy, like:

health food stores
farmers markets
garden nurseries/seeds
gyms
health facilities
chiropractic centers
naturopathic health centers
outdoor activities and parks

are taken away. But:

cigarettes/alcohol
fast food joints
Walmarts

Were deemed Essential??

Why do you write authoritatively on these topics when your knowledge of them is minuscule? Ask yourself the following - do you know what an echocardiogram is? Have you looked at one before? Do you know how to interpret one? Do you know the sensitivity or limitations of an echo for the detection of heart disease? Do you know what an ejection fraction is, how it is calculated, or what a normal ejection fraction is? Do you know the typical symptoms of heart disease, including artery disease, valvular, and congestive heart failure? Do you know the atypical symptoms? Can you name the valves of the heart? Do you understand right vs left heart failure?

These questions, for which you do not know the answer, could go on forever. And they are very pertinent to truly understanding this study. Yet despite having essentially no knowledge of what was done in this study, you write authoritatively. And even worse, you do not even bother to try to read the study and learn something. You're a blowhard.
