2020 Presidential Election: Biden v. Trump

No western country has "free" healthcare. You pay for through taxes with most having employers participating.

BTW, there is a huge difference between Biden's current dropping Medicare to age 60 and a full public option and Hillary's dropping Medicare to age 50. Biden's will lead very quickly to universal coverage without being threatening. Hillary's had nothing for people under 50.

Disagree about very quickly. It would just continue a slow roll. I do really like the 0-25 Medicare.
"But that's socialism! Grrrr"
"I like to think of it as pro life."

The reason it would happen quickly is that healthcare is the second most expensive aspect for employees. If employers can save 20% or so and get better coverage, the only things that will stop everyone changing immediately are long-term contracts with providers. There might be a few self-insured companies that lag, but they will come along.

It's all about the Benjamins.

Oh us as individuals and institutions. Ok. Not so much. We weren't getting the same briefings Biden was. We didn't convene a bloodthirsty warmonger panel to decide to rush us into war. Insofar as we voted Biden into office, yeah, insofar as we as a nation became patriotic to the point of jingoism, sure, we set a tone as a nation. But our elected officials did the wrong thing with a lot more information than we had.

Obama to endorse Biden within in the next few hours.

The problem is non-elected officials like Feith, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Tenet lied at the direction of Cheney. Too many people in Congress thought a POTUS and his senior staff wouldn't lie to start a war of choice.

ok but congress authorized war

ok but congress authorized war

But they didn't have the negative information. Remember, I caught a world of shit on the old board for being vehemently opposed to the war before it happened and while it was going on, but it's different if you are in Congress about the truth coming from POTUS. To many, it was inconceivable that any POTUS would send American service people to die based on lie.

Cheney, Wolfowitz and Rumsfeld should all be civilly liable for the damages they have done to families on both sides.

"i play COD and actually drones are good"

is "banked phones" something people actually say?
