Yes. WF really doesn't have anyone else to lose, unless one of the guys who announced they're returning change their mind.
But then also root for it to be a one time thing because it'll almost certainly hurt WF more than it helps WF in the long term.
I don't agree that the one time transfer rule would have a long term adverse impact on WF.
If/when WF becomes a consistent winning program, players are going to want to come here, not leave. The best examples of this are UVA, Texas Tech and Baylor. For years, those programs were an afterthought in college basketball's world. Now, players look to play there and transfer there (each of those schools are expected to be top 10 programs next year, and six college players are transferring to those three schools; no one of consequence is transferring out). If Forbes is the real-deal (and I think he is), WF is not going to be a program where players look to leave to other "better" programs, players will want to stay (FWIW, Forbes has a regular contributor from Tennessee, transfer to ETSU after this past season) and players from other programs will want to play for WF.
Fully confident that over the next 10 years, far more desireable players are going to want to transfer into WF, than out. Also, to the extent a great player leaves WF early in the future, it will be for the NBA not for some other NCAA program.
