Obviously this isnt an exact science but if the round is 2 hours, and starts at 11:30 and ends at 1:30, the following roles would PM at the following times:

Cop - 11:31
Angel - 11: 45
Watcher - 12
Tracker - 12:15
BG - 12:30
RB - 12:45
1-time Immunity - 1
Vig - 1:15

If the tracker PMs at 12:15 and gets his power, he'll know it is highly unlikely we have a cop or angel out there. If he does not get his power, he'll know there's at least a stronger power out there than he is. And best of all, only civ specials will get this information so they can use it how they see fit throughout the game.

I mean lots of people have said “god damn mafia should try a day one claim at the rate early role claims haven’t been heavily scrutinized and/or lynched” and Knight is exactly the person who would want to be able to gloat forever that he was the first player to use this meta knowledge to claim as mafia rather than civ and continue the trend of not being voted out until day like 7.

didn't doofus just day 1 claim vanilla civ last game and skate?
 
That information was based on thinking all albums were good. Now realizing what toogs said that some albums are bad.

So it's now just going to be a mad dash to PM for powers. Kinda silly but okay.

I was talking about specific claims beyond “I am vanilla civ” with pressure on. Masons last game, Knight last game, my bomb role a few weeks back, JTP a couple games ago.
