    He can only respond to threads he previously started. In this case, there is one thread on each of the forums for him to have discussions with other posters.

    We are also closely monitoring those threads to ensure people are not intentionally trying to bait him.

    As long as he behaves over the next 6 months, he can rejoin the rest of the posters with full privileges.
