Football issues

Yea...to me the most sensible thing is to hope things are better by next fall. Plan/hope for that.

The longer the wait the more the paid tuition and board for all students and retention of staff. If cancel later offer same options we were offered for tickets. In times like these it’s financial survival.

Exactly these universities will be able to make a much better argument to charge and keep full board and tuition as long as they keep their kids on campus for a few weeks before being sent back home.

It's a short term cash grab. Which is consistent with the mission of mosts colleges today.
 
so would they have a season in the spring and fall of 2021? seems brutal.
 
How Wake Forest is it that we had a guy like Boogie Basham come back to school, set to have a monster year and the season get canceled. I know in the grand scheme of things that is one of the least negative impacts of the pandemic, but still, come on man?????

Big Ten now says it hasn't had a vote and hasn't cancelled the season.
 
Also reports now that the SEC is trying to get the ACC and Big 12 to do a Super-Conference for this season. Basically break them up into four geographic divisions and then do some sort of playoff out of it (four champions and two at-large).
