Ville on 11/28 and Miami on 12/5 now. Due to quarantining at The U.

Guess the ACC wants to make sure every team is at full strength before playing the Deacs.

I have tickets to the miami game next Saturday. What?

So which team do we get up for and potentially beat/upset and which one do we fall flat on our face; Miami or ND the following week?

That's fine. Just win the next two and to get bowl eligibility and then play with nothing to lose attitude and some renewed momentum vs Miami.

Teams that take Covid policies seriously should be rewarded and the teams who don't, punished.

There are no bowl eligibility requirements this year. So, a .500 record is not a necessity. Penn State could go 0-8 and still get a bowl invite. However, when teams are selected for bowls, having the best record possible can only help to: a) secure a bowl invite; b) play in the best possible game. Also, COVID will play a role. Not sure what a Bowl will do if 7 days before the game, a team has to shutdown. Do they invite another team on short notice? Do they scrap the game even though the opponent is ready to go? Will be interesting to see how it plays out. Logically, if COVID numbers continue to spike, it might make the most sense to just play the BCS semis and finals, scrapping the other bowls, but ESPN makes (and pays) a ton of cash for bowl programming when everyone is hanging out at home during the holidays, and even more people will be stuck at home this year.

Just saw some bowl projections (meaningless at this point) that had us in the Military Bowl vs. Navy. If slim chance of that happening plays out, I wonder if Boogie would out? Not sure he'd really want to play in a meaningless bowl game against 270lb linemen diving at his feet the whole game.
