2021 Republican Coup (Practice Run)

Your friendly reminder that the constitution doesn’t even mention the word “nuclear” or the phrase “top secret” so this is really a states’ rights issue.

This is funny and a little scary too.

atomic weaponry is not rooted in the traditions of this country. but also, a private citizen is permitted to possess as many as they want under the 2nd amendment.

I mean, I don't want to derail discussion, but this isn't really true.

None of them stole classified nuclear info to sell to foreign countries though, so there's that.

Oh yeah, it's an arm, so 2A covers Trump's freedom to keep and bare arms. Gorsuch will agree.

you're allowed to build guns yourself, so why should a nuclear warhead be any different?

Comey-Barret see the logic in this constitutional argument. Thomas fully agrees as long as the nucs are only used on gays. Kavanaugh is the swing vote, needs a new house.

the thing is, there were other people who put these documents in the boxes and in the storage room. it's not like Trump was clearing his WH file cabinets, boxing stuff up, and then unloading boxes.

Yet more projection. It's not the guy who took classified top secret documents with him when he left the WH who thinks he's above the law, it's the people who reclaimed the documents who are the lawbreakers! Besides being a party that now does little but troll liberals, they've also become the projection party, 24/7.
