What is the best alternative for a computer mouse? After some 20+ years of using one I am developing pain in wrist, forearm, and thumb from using this thing. I have looked at trackpads, roll ball mice, and trigger mice but no sure what is best call.

My wife got a vertical mouse a few months ago and her tendon pain cleared right up. Low cost solution that is definitely worth a try.
You might also want to do some exercises to strengthen your hand and lower arm.

Getting injured from using a mouse is not something I am looking forward. Getting old sucks bigly.
