Official 2021-22 NBA Offseason Thread - Warriors extend Poole and Wiggins

Another Cavalanche last night. Cavs are so fun.

bucks handled business against clipse last night but norman powell dropped 28 damn

LaMelo and Dejounte named as injury replacement All-Stars.

The Hornets are pretty much cooked at this point. Hayward out, Hayward's backup out, Hayward's backup's backup out, Hayward's backup's backup's backup out. The team went from leading the NBA in offense and top-3 in 3pointers made and percentage to not being able to hit the broad side of a barn and shooting at about 20%. Not going to beat anyone like that.

Unless a Myles Turner deal comes to fruition, it may be time to start thinking about draft positioning. The pick that went to the Knicks and then the Hawks for Reddish is top-18 protected, so we'll get it back the way things are going.

Official 2021-22 NBA Season Thread - Trade deadline on Thursday; Levert to Cavs

Is that all ya can get for CJ Mcollum?

Crazy. Straight up fire sale. CJ for Josh Hart and picks.

They can’t be rebuilding around Dame. But are they going to trade for Ben Simmons and picks and rebuild around him? That seems foolish.

something else needs to happen, no?

third team?

just a weird trade all around. not sure what the pcans strategy is either

Hart is better than McCollum, younger and cheaper. And the Pelicans are giving up a pick(s)? Yikes

it was kind of nuts to learn that CJ has won one award in his career and that is the 2015-16 MIP

Agree it doesn't make sense to me, but also don't see the case for Hart being a better player (other factors aside) than McCollum.

Josh Hart’s career stats indicate he’s a shooting guard who can’t shoot. Is he an amazing defender or something?
