Will Clawson Get a Contract Extension? UPDATE: Yes

If Clawson wants to sign an extension (and get raises for his assistants), an extension will be executed. The decision is not WF's.
 
Don’t know if he needs an extension longer than 5 years, but certainly due a raise for him and most of his assistants (one of them should give us a refund)

What Clawson will do to address the defense remains to be seen.. But good to great will not happen without addressing the problem and major changes and adjustments cry out t be made. Reading the book, level 5 leaders see things realistically and make hard decisions. I think Clawson is one of those leaders. Might be some pink slips rather than raises if we do not stick our heads in the sand and think it ill just be better as is. *
