I'm pretty late to see this one but I was one of the ones that used the service and it worked out great for me. I Paypal'd $40 to the site; they booked the room and forwarded me the official confirmation email from the hotel. Once I had that I was able to use the confirmation number to find the reservation and add my HiltonHonors number to it and checked in (and paid the block's rate) upon arrival without issue. I'll definitely be using the service moving forward.
