Raging on AP Top 25 Voters

John Clay (Lexington, KY writer) with an interesting ballot - top 10 is pretty standard - WF -13 / UK - 14 / NCSU - 25 / Clemson - unranked
 
A lot of people were weirdly invested in the narrative that Clemson was a bad team.

yeah, there was even some talk that their offense was worse than Duke's, but that turned out to be a nothingburger

Their offense did suck against literally everyone but us. That game and army were worst two defensive performances of the year.

Clemson sucked. Duke SUCKED. Clemson scored almost 10 ppg more than Duke in league games, and dominated South Carolina before the Cocks Mayo'd UNC

Clemson will likely be picked first but it won't be unanimous.

Duke is in such a deep hole. As weird as this may sound, having the lost decade for Wake hoops may have helped the football program. Signs of life by Clawson and company were celebrated partly because we had nothing else to root for. Money and energy went into football because nobody gave a rats ass about Bz and Manning. Nobody gives a shit about Duke football and probably never will.

I will add that money has been going into all sports though.

-Our highest vote in the poll is 12th (Zach Klein, WSB in Atlanta)

-Our lowest is 23rd (Ben Portnoy from The State in Columbia SC; Dave Reardon from The Honolulu Star in Honolulu; Don Williams at the Lubbock TX Avalanche-Journal; Ryan Aber at the Oklahoman in OKC).

-The Journal's own Ethan Joyce had us at 13th, which is 9 spots higher than his ranking in the previous poll...

Zach Klein's ballot is an absolute joke and he's getting roasted. He has Wake (12) ahead of Pitt (16) and tOSU (3) ahead of Michigan (8). Also has Michigan State at #5 and Clemson at #9.
