I weep for our team. mako apparently had some sort of medical emergency / brain injury, Knight "failed to submit", and Biff is probably on a yacht somewhere getting ready to post pictures of his legs.

Mega Man was my first thought but I ended up going Millions
 
Fork tines up is necessary in some cutlery baskets that have small slots that allow fork handles through but not the tines. Similarly, they allow knife blades through, but not knife handles.

I think Bourdain is more widely known and definitely more loved. Didn't say the chef had to be living.
