Paranormal Activities

I'm too scared to even think about staying there. The girl staring at you while you sleep?!??! Oh hell no.

Ancestry.com is a good resource for perhaps figuring out who Milt is. They have census records and such from 1900-on.

The land was deeded to the Fire Department by James R. Spillman (widower), Elizabeth Ann Younts, and her husband Richard Lee Younts (grantors) on March 4, 2005 per county records.

Book 00597 Page 0259 Instrument # 0001823

Notes at the end of the document say for back reference see book 426 page 893, book 402 page 63, and book 133 page 687, and the will of J. M. Livengood.

Think that M stands for Milt?

It does. Milton I believe, but he went by Milt. If I get a chance this week, I'll try to go by his gravesite.

There's also a Livengood Road that crosses Fort Bixby Road about 2 miles north of the property.

Looks like 1968 was the last time JM purchased property.

The 2nd image shows J Milton in 1967.

Whoever tagged this as "doe ray egon" is my new bestest friend.

You should request his last will and testament from the county. It will be on public record, especially since he wanted the land deeded to the fire station. All you need is his full name, date of birth, and the address of his last known residence. This might shed some light on who he was.

I apologize if I seem too enthused about this. It is much more interested than reading my boring ass MBA articles.

Look at Line 80. Looks like he was born in September of 1894. I'll see if I can find a death certificate.

Nell and Triva were his children.
