This image looks like Barbara Rouf, one of the best known "backup girls" in NHRA drag racing. The vehicle in the background looks like a top fuel drag racer, not a Grand Prix racer. Probably early '70s because that was the prime time for the backup girls.

ETA:

The driver might be "TV Tommie" Ivo. He was a well known and successful drag race driver of the 50's and 60's who retired in 1973.
