If you're such a Korean baseball expert then why didn't you warn my Cubbies against believing in Hee Sop Choi? He's more responsible than Bartman for the downfall of the Northsiders.

This is good...drop some more movie knowledge on me...this is stuff I need to learn for my Rosie Perez-like quest to be on Jeopardy.

Come to think of it, can Rosie Perez be the Mexican-American girl?

I wouldn't call myself an expert.

Korean basketball is, to say the least, interesting. You can only have one non-Asian in the game at a time. It is usually the center, thought Aaron Haynes of Samsung Thunders was an exception (they also had former FSU/Western Kentucky fatman Nigel Dixon, who is probably the largest individual on the peninsula). KC Egis, the best team in the league, has the distinct advantage of having a 7-foot-3 Korean on their team, so their best non-Asian plays the 4 (Texas A&M Corpus Christi product Chris Daniels). This helps even though the guy is not very good. He banks in his free throws because he shoots with as near to no arc as I've ever seen.

Saw a great game there though -- 3 OT, game decided on a 15 footer that was shot kind of around and under a defender.
 
Fellow mods - I respectfully request that KA's special handle be changed from "military" to "Air Force." No reason to give those of us that work[ed] for a living a bad name.

That sounds like a decently interesting film.

Seems like subterfuge and outside intervention worked better though. I haven't seen it though so really have no idea -- just reading IMDB.
