OFFICIAL 2017 WORLD SERIES L.A. DODGERS VS. ASTROS THREAD

OFFICIAL 2017 MLB REGULAR SEASON THREAD

Wake dropped on rox cast in regard to blackmons western carolina coach who was assistant at wake when sullivan was there who is now rox tv announcer

Made up for wake football getting blasted on ringer nfl podcast by way of caldwell

Joe Maddon got tossed last night for arguing after Ben Zobrist bunt-offered at a ball that hit him. Baseball is fun.

That Utley play, while still incredible, would've been an all-timer if Hill had gotten his perfecto (or even a no hitter).

Eight hits, four walks, and the Dodgers couldn't eke out one measly run?

Rhys Hoskins has hit seven home runs in 14 games since being called up. With a .188 BABIP his SSS slash line is .271/.407/.729.

Will be at the Bank on Saturday for the Players Weekend thingy. Havent been this year, pretty excited.

Turns out they the current Yankees went to the A-Rod school of cheap shots. Great brawl though.

Sanchez got really lucky. Wouldn't be surprised if after appeals, Sanchez and Cabrera get same amount of games. I thought Betances got lucky too. Only difference between him and Wilson was Wilson admitted it, and Betances said he didn't try to hit Tigers.

The "Stanton's not the MVP because his team didn't make the playoffs" hot takes should be fun.

The "Stanton's not the MVP because his team didn't make the playoffs" hot takes should be fun.

Stanton is now the front-runner, and he will win the NL MVP if/when he gets to 60 HR. Even if he doesn't get to 60, Stanton will the MVP unless Arenado or Goldschmitt have an unbelievable September.

On an unrelated note, Byron Buxton is figuring it out. Before the ASB, Buxton was hitting .216 with a .594 OPS. Post ASB, he is a different player, .333/ 1.027. He is currently 9th in WAR among AL position players after being a negative player for the first two months of the season.

You picked the right one to go to, yikes.

Four games and four HRs later, Hoskins has hit more home runs in the last two weeks than the Giants, Nats, and Royals.

If Stanton is the front runner than Joey Votto is right there with him. On track for
.315 AVG, 40 HR, 110 RBI, .450 OBP, 1.035 OPS, 135BB/92K

MLB has moved the Rangers at Astros series set to start tomorrow to Tampa.

You don't get to win the MVP when you're the fourth best 3B in your league.

Phillies callup Rhys Hoskins has 11 HR in 18 games. He also started a triple play witb a great catch in left field. He is supposed to be the Phillies first baseman of the future. The Phils wanted to see if he could hit major league pitching.

Jonny Gomes is every bit as bad as you'd think on commentary, in fact he's even worse. He's worse than FP Santagelo.
