Maybe Bz is playing hardball with Wake? I remember reading he had demands before he came here. LOL at the thought of Bz having demands.
 
The longer things stay the same, the more likely they will remain the same next year. That is why the fan base is worried and RW should do the right thing. Make an announcement one way or the other.
 
There's so much misinformation on here now I've stopped believing anything I read. I don't miss the old board much but one virtue is that there were fewer dummies vying for attention with lame-ass rumors with no factual basis.

Keep in mind too that when Wellman gets back, he has a really important Kiwanis Club meeting that will take up several days of his time. He is the secretary of the Club, and is coordinating the Club's annual Adopt-A-Highway clean up event. Gotta get Silas Creek Parkway looking spic and span. So, hopefully he'll be able to get around to dealing with [Redacted] after that is over in another week, maybe 2.

Wouldn't blame him. His is already a pariah. Why not demand payment in full of what he is owed for next year. What does he care? What choice does Wellman have?

I would call it lack of consideration for all involved. If you know the plug is being pulled, just do it for everyone's sake - the fans, the players, the coaches. There is no good that comes out of allowing it to linger.
