*2014 Pit Fantasy Football League One*- Sayonara

To add, why would you ever look at "previous season's opponent winning percentage"? I don't think winning percentage has anything to do with fantasy football, but I could be wrong here.

I do sometimes wish that if a player's team won, you'd get extra points.

You are talking about the person that drafted Geno Smith as his QB like he knew some secret that the rest of the world didn't, oh and Geno's shitty rookie tight end Jace Amaro to go with him.

148/258, 57.4%, 1,524yds, 7TD, 11Int, 7Fum

Drafting Geno definitely did not work out for me. But I didn't like what the draft was giving me.

Yes, I could have used my 2nd round draft pick to grab Matt Stafford (14th QB) or RG 3 (irrelevant) or Matt Ryan (10th QB), as those are 3 of the next 5 QBs drafted after my slot, but I went with the theory that if you don't get an elite QB, then you may as well wait until near the end.

And between Austin Davis and Mettenberger, QB didn't end up too bad for me.

Maybe if you added a "coach" position? You could get points for challenges won, 4th downs converted, games won, ect.

In no way do I want that added to fantasy football however. Just a random idea to throw on RTQ's post

Dropping Andre Williams while two TB running backs and the Saints D sit on your bench? Hmm...

I was in on him for sure.

Yeah...im helping out the waiver wire talent with my quick drop finger this season. You all are welcome for Jordan Matthews, Mark Ingram, Isaiah Crowell, Brian Hoyer, Roy Helu, and potentially Andre Williams. Though to be fair I pulled Crowell, Helu and Williams from that same bin - at least they ended up productive for someone. I dropped Alfred Blue and Michael Bush this past week too if anyone wants to get in early on next weeks big pickups.

At the time (before sunrise Wednesday) reports indicated that Grice was getting a start this week and somehow had not been picked up by anyone during the waiver period. The only news I could find about Jennings was that he was looking alright to play, but I couldn't wait til Wednesday practices to make a move for Grice. Plus Ph promised me that he would hook me up with a 1 week rental trade next season if I do my part to make sure he doesn't get relegated.

Ph thanks you for Andre Williams.

I wonder how many claims went in for him - I know I threw my hat in the ring.

I didn't even know I got him. I didn't think I had a chance.

*2014 Pit Fantasy Football League One* - PLAYOFFS?!

Thanks, James. 22 points.

I have 64 without Rivers, Gronk, or Thomas. I have a good chance of getting in the playoffs if Townie or Nonny can step up. So I'm likely out.

doesn't appear i needed him for the 1 weaker. Glad someone benefited. Im not going to be able to count on the rams to put up 20+ for the rest of the season though

FML - I need to win & need TW, Nonny, and RTQ to lose next week to avoid relegation (plus maintain my points scored advantage).

TW projected to lose by 45..okay.
Nonny projected to lose by 37...Okay.
RTQ projected to lose by 53....OKAY!

Alas, I'm projected to lose by 20 :( Eddie Lacy, please have a HOF game - you're my only hope.

RaleighDeaconReturns just took me to the woodshed. That's an incredible roster in a 20-team league.

Nonny avoids relegation by 4 points. He owes TW for shitting the bed just a bit worse than he did.

Meanwhile, fucking Townie scores 130 less than me but wins two more games :slash:

1) Raleigh (11-3, 5-3)
8) Eagles (7-7, 4-4)
(Split season series. Raleigh beat Eagles 102.14-67.44 in week 6 & Eagles beat Raleigh 99.07-57.74 in week 12)

4) Sokolove (9-5, 6-2)
5) SD3 (8-6, 5-3)
(Haven't met this season)

3) Rev (10-4, 5-3)
6) Sloth (8-6, 7-1)
(Haven't met this season)

2) Thinking (10-4, 5-3)
7) YoungBuck (8-6, 5-3)
(Haven't met this season)

You read that correctly, the two highest scoring teams (and division rivals) are playing in the first round.

Pretty much everyone is evenly matched (points scored-wise), except Thinking who should roll.
