I don't mind Brice Johnson the player and actually think that's good value at 22, but jesus am I tired of feeling like we draft players just to appease UNC fans.

I'd be pumped with my team getting Johnson at 22.

Anecdotally I just remembered Ibaka like stuffing the shit out of peak LeBron in the 2012 finals, and then I saw Bogut yam on his head tonight. Looked into his numbers and his DRating has balooned from 98 to 105 over that time frame, he's got about 100 less blocks on the season and his 2PT% has dropped from 59% to 52%. Those are all athletic downturn markers, which should not be happening at 26.

I'll give him the benefit of being new to the nba. They have played so well in the play offs that maybe he is coming around. I think we'll know more this time next year.
