I've never been to a wedding in Charlottesville.

This will be my third there within 1.5 years (will be #4 total in C-ville). Clifton Inn, Ash Lawn, Blenheim Vineyard, Pippin Hill Vineyard. Not too shabby.

Agreed. Both little more than excuses for a three-day weekend. But the 4th of July is to celebrate MURICA, not your selfish PDA.

Overall I tend to agree, although don't mind having an extra day off already to facilitate travel depending on the holiday. And to play devil's advocate on this one, the wedding is on July 3rd, so you could easily be back home for a cookout/fireworks/etc on the 4th.

rocking a healthy choice honey balsamic chicken today, good stuff right here

I hate when you're at the bottom of a pretzel bag and all you have left is little pieces.

but that's the best because that's when you get to say out loud that you're tipping the bag for the bits but you're really just interested in the insane amount of salt that's leftover.

ranking frozen dinner brands:

1.) healthy choice (steamers only, obviously)
2.) evol
3.) marie callenders (solely on the strength of dem pot pies)
4.) smart ones
5.) lean cuisine
6.) getting hit by a bus
7.) banquet and/or swanson

From depressed to overjoyed in like 3 weeks. I make sure my exes stay depressed way longer by careful manipulation.

I was never depressed. There was a lot of "holy shitballs, things are going to change" but the whole deal was kind of a weight off. Yes, there are absolutely sad moments about it, but real talk - by the time you come around to actually calling off an engagement, you're pretty dang sure that's the correct decision.

We'll thrown in a frozen pizza every once in a while if being lazy. Some of them are actually pretty decent.

anyone who scoffs at frozen pizza is pretending to be above them. EVERYONE likes it.
i'm not saying it's some great culinary masterpiece but it's definitely edible, even at the lowest level - especially if you crack an egg on it (pro tip).

trader joe's frozen pizzas are great

I dunno, I mean I get the stigma that frozen dinners have, but they make for a super easy, cheap, (relatively) healthy lunch, and they mostly don't taste like cardboard

Yeah, I actually get this Amy's Gluten Free/Dairy Free (I know, I know) spinach pizza, crack an egg on that, crumble a little pepper crusted chevre, and it is pretty much the jam. It ends up costing me a wedge though, because the Amy's is pretty expensive for a frozen 'za.

It is also quite alright on its own without the fixins.

Don't think the rest of my family will go for the egg. They're weird like that.
