But this is more than just the Stormy Daniels situation. They're bringing the crazy doorman rumor into formal charges here. The rumor there was that the doorman at Trump Tower knew Trump fathered another child but was paid off to keep it quiet. That was an absolute bombshell rumor years ago but it died out. If they have proof he was paid off and that the substance will come to light, wowsers.
 
Set up shell companies to pay people for cover ups.

Bragg is specifically obliterating the John Edwards defense. Not sure why he's not calling Stormy Daniels by her government name though.

He came off very well. Not sure why Trump usually sends loonies out to present his legal case to the public when he has someone like Trusty.

Because rational, quality lawyers won't say the things he wants them to say.
 
So... if he gets gets sent to prison and is elected president, can he pardon himself?
 
But if he goes to prison and is elected president, these state charges don't really matter. He's not likely to get more than probation anyway.
