I think I mentioned this but at my wife's last job several of the bartenders (all women) would constantly draw Superbad-esque veiny monstrous dicks on to-go bags, checks, etc. for folks coming in from the industry who they knew. They were increasingly complex and over the top, but there was a sexual harassment issue at one of the other restaurants in the group and her boss had me come in and do a brief sitdown with the staff (I was helping out with some HR during the pandemic/a year or so after) where I talked to them all about being appropriate in the workplace, including but not limited to, not drawing big ole dicks on people's to-go bags. Everybody had to sign a little form saying they sat through the training and understood.
