NIL for Baseball is huge because of the scholarship limits and the fact we're a private school in NC . NIL fixes what used to be a big weakness. We have the facilities and the pitching lab. It hasn't happened for us yet but IMO UMiami having a good NIL collective got them to a Final Four.

We've got to get to some sort of collective bargaining agreement in place, it's due.

Worth saying that Sallis's mocks are now consistently in the 2nd round.

The folks over at RTQ NIL do a pretty good job explaining how the deals work and the payment structures/timelines when you inquire as a potential donor. IMO it's worth talking to them to get an idea of the current landscape.
