Okay here is my problem with that penalty.

It is a penalty. He was fouled in the box.

However, Ronaldo made absolutely zero effort to avoid a slightly extended leg. He was airborne before he even made contact. All he has to do to make it “not a dive” is make sure the tip of his toe hits that outstretched leg.
