2023 Atlanta Braves Season Thread: wheelin & dealin

It is absolutely bizarre that a Wake Forest message board has an 18 page thread on Atlanta Braves baseball. Y’all need to pay more attention to WF. Jeez.
 
Losing 5 of 6 so Dodgers have chance for home field is not good. Down to 2 great starters with Fried and Spencer. Morton pitching well but not sure you want to trust him in postseason. Bryce now probably a mid reliever for ps and a very shaky bullpen. Not acquiring an ace starter or reliever could cost the Bravos as pitching and D wins in postseason and we are middling at best with pitching now. just thankful Dodger pitching has a number of pitching injuries.
 
ACC Fball games on Oct. 7th aren't very good, but for us folks in NC a noon kick for Clemson would make for a great doubleheader day of action assuming the Braves play at night for game 1 of the NLDS.

If that happens, I may try to do the double and make both.
 
Sorry to roll into your thread again, Bravos, but has the Mets-Phils game been erased from MLB Extra Innings because the 5-hour rain delay pushed the game into the sacred territory of ESPN Sun. Night Baseball? I can think of no other reason. Just another reason to hate all things ESPN.
