Nice post, was going to post something similar. If the season ended today, I think he should come back for another year to figure out what went wrong. His draft potential is doing nothing now but going down.
 
This team is fading instead of coming on strong to end the season. Very disappointing! So much to play for and a massive choke.

The money will probably be there to get him to leave but he could definitely benefit from another year.
