I guess mods are immune to the no callout rule...
And it was found in her boyfriend/co-defendant's apartment (not the apartment she shared with Kercher).
Who would kill somebody and leave the murder weapon in their own apartment?

mike. come on that's really mild. Even non-lawyers know the saying that a DA coudl indivt a ham sandwich.
Do you really think this is a good case? There is no direct evidence connecting her to the crime. And, the circumstantial evidence does not come close to adding up to a conviction. All you have is a lot of suspicions, but nothing that puts you over the reasonable doubt hump, in my opinion.

Do I think there's a lot of evidence suggesting she's guilty? Absolutely.
Given the screwups by the police and the evidence that has been kept out for one reason or another, do I think the jury was presented with enough evidence to find her guilty? No way. They didn't hear about the knife because of the issues with the DNA. They didn't hear about how she lied and blamed a clearly innocent guy when she was first interviewed.
What you know and what you can prove are very different things. That's why I voted Guilty/Not Guilty.
Sorry if I don't appreciate getting called out in a professional manner over discussing my personal opinion on a social issue on a Wake Forest message board.
Whatever, dude.
It's probably best that I just stop posting on the politics board if this is the shit that's going on.
Thanks to the douchebags who saw fit to attack my professional ethics because they disagreed with my opinion.
