That can't be true! He wrote in his blog for USA Today that he was making mostly all A's at Oak Hill!
 
He was not going to be able to return to WCA which was partially why he went to Oak Hill. It likely also explains the Forest Trail Academy and its acceptional education.
 
Washington had 16 points in a 77-26 rout, and followed that up with 28 points in a 69-38 win.

Brandon Childress and Wesleyan won on back-to-back nights. 72-53 over Lithonia followed by a 52-51 win over Jonesboro, both top Class AAAA teams in the Atlanta area according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (#1 and #2, respectively). Frustrating lack of stats for their games and/or specifically for Brandon. Wesleyan now 4-1 on the year after an opening loss to Providence Day.

Donovan Mitchell and Clovis start their season tonight.

If he stops giving non-stop interviews and talking to coaches all the time and picks up a book he'll be fine. Books don't give him enough attention though.

apparently mitchell is a pretty good volleyball player

I might be more excited about Mitchell than anyone else in this class. He's a tall, long guy who can handle the ball and has a beautiful stroke. Also hailed by CDM for his defense. Sounds like he split his focus between basketball and volleyball for awhile, so maybe we'll see improvement now that he's basketball-only.
 
 
So what you're telling me is that we have a commitment from the next Wilt Chamberlain?
 
With volleyball guys you get good footwork, lateral movement, hands, etc. Good to read.

I guess he's why Providence Day beat WCA (and High Point Christian, with Bam). Glad we're involved.
 
Volleyball was invented as a corollary or complement to basketball. The more you know.
