Duke vs "The Duke" over Burbon

You know how many products are named "Gator" down here in FL? There is some crappy wine for one and a lot of other things. Hell the product makers even use orange and blue and I haven't seen a lawsuit in the press. If they used the UF helmet script or Gator head logo maybe but that hasn't happened. Duke is just an awful place for so many reasons.
 
In all fairness to Duke, they don't want to be associated with anything that resembles "cool" or "fun".
