I love Perry Mason reruns! While Perry only lost 3 cases, UNC's ability to escape punishment for obvious breaking of NCAA rules is equally as an impressive record. Surprised Tennessee, USC and others who got slammed for similar offenses aren't leading the charge to ensure equal measures are taken
