Not a huge fan. It's not terrible, but not my favorite. There's a butcher down the street from me that specializes in it, but can't say I'd ever go out of my way to eat it.

Quebec. Wife had it in Switzerland as well. Both very high end places and it was a lot like beef but kind of a richer/different flavor. I was expecting gamey and tough but it was neither. I'm sure the source/type matters a great deal but it was very similar to eating an really good beef steak.
