Frank mentions the Spurs and Tim Duncan briefly though he takes a shot at Duncan and says because of Duncan and the Spurs being successful, no one cares about the NBA playoffs.

He is not taking a shot at Tim or the Spurs. He was being ironic and commenting on what draws ratings.

Yeah, that was a good article and nice use of sarcasm. He was taking shots at the NBA and ESPN, not Duncan, the Spurs, or the NHL.

My mistake everyone. Just listened to the podcast rather just reading the article. He wasn't taking a shot at Duncan or the Spurs.
