Fucked up my elbow playing basketball...

Any Dr.'s in here that can diagnose a terribly swollen and very painful elbow after taking a hard fall in basketball?

Essentially went up for a rebound and got my legs taken out from underneath me. Put out my left hand to brace for impact and rolled my elbow over really bad. Right knee has a huge bruise on it and my right hip also has a bruise about the size of a volleyball.

I'm heading to get x-rays at the ER right now but figured I could read this while in the waiting room. Thanks for any and all advice

Can't diagnose a terribly swollen elbow unless there is an x-ray.
