I'm wondering if he is going to be the next widely publicized case of CTE.
 
I do remember he was one of the most over-used backs in the league during the height of his prime, and his style was extremely physical. CTE could be playing a part in the questionable decisions he seems to be making.
 
Given the write up in the link sounds like he's just a drunk with possible substance abuse problems.
 
Which could also be self medicating mental issues.
