When I was on jury duty several weeks ago, one juror kept falling asleep during the trial (actually several did, but she did this repeatedly). One day she showed up late and the judge excused her. The dismissed juror seems to have planned for this as she wore her Pizza Hut uniform that day so she was able to go right to work after being excused. She actually had the nerve to ask the judge if she would still be paid.
