It could still be there if the browser was set to remember passwords. The password cookies themselves only last for like 2 weeks I think.

- ncscout gets "loaned" logon info from demon to read a thread. he uses IE to read the thread
- every other time since then ncscout uses either firefox (or any alternative browser) or a different computer to post on the board
- this one time only, ncscout accidentally used IE on the original computer

NCScout is his orginal name that he used when he first came around the boards ten or so years ago. When the boards moved from Kent's old ACCboards, someone else took the name NCScout with the State boards I believe and so he had to post under the name PrepScout for awhile. When he came back on the boards a month or so ago, the mods gave him back his old NCScout name.

A lot of the older posters have met NCScout. He used to run a tournament for North Carolina kids in Greensboro. I know several that met and talked to him during the event about the time Chris Paul and Jeremy Ingram committed to Wake. I think he even PhDeac met him there but he would have to speak to that himself.

His posts sound the same as always to me. The problem with comparing a player to someone else is you have to use someone who was good enough for another fan to remember. So that makes the reports sound like they're setting expectations higher than the poster may intend to.

Yeah, I may have met him there or at a previous event. I used to chat with him at other events when I'd see him. We got along pretty well and e-mailed back and forth when I was in NC. I mentioned this when he returned and he didn't acknowledge it with a "Hey Ph, how ya doing?" or something like that. I thought it was a little weird, but didn't think much of it until now.

I don't have any reason to think Deman is lying, but that explanation is a little weird.
