Official '15-16 NBA Season Thread: THEY WON ONE FOR THE LAND

Draft Lottery....it would be great if the Lakers dropped to #4 and lost their pick.

The Sixers should hope to do what the Sonics did and get the #2 pick. Ingram fits the Sixers more than Simmons. Saric may not be quite as good as Simmons, but he's the same type of player and the Sixers have no wings....sound familiar?

If by some miracle the Lakers do drop to #4, the Sixers could end up with Ingram and Hield. They could have a monster off season if they could then use their cap space to sign Mike Conley and get Saric to come to America.
 
KAT was the overwhelming favorite to win ROY when the season began.
 
^^^^not saying he was a long shot but saying he was the overwhelming favorite just isn't true.

Cleveland and Toronto are experiencing major droughts in pro sports overall. Can't speak for the Argonauts though.

Obviously OKC doesn't have a pro championship.

Trade Okafor and 1st rounder for Boogie; Lakers pick, Noel/Embiid, and Saric for Jimmy Butler; and then sign Durant and Conley.

Butler - 17.5 million
Boogie - 16 million

2016-17 Salary Cap - 92 million, lux tax starts at 111 million

So they should do it.
 
Plus 11 more players...then boogie's contract is up after 17-18.....He'll get a huge max....
