It looked like the player with ball was already out of bounds when hit in back occurred so makes sense they picked up that flag.

Completely agree. Should have been Heisman and he is so smooth running and throwing. Has Lamar Jackson feel to his game and sure being a lefty makes him look similar in style but he is more dynamic runner than realized.
 
It's messed up that an offensive injury can stop a team from running down the clock. I'm not sure why the clock doesn't start when they spot the ball.
