I like Narduzzi, Lembo, and Morris. Either one of those should be able to turn this ship around.

How about the Co- OC from the Buckeyes, Ed Warinner? He fits the bill. Long standing success on the Offensive side of the ball, from Ohio, pretty classy guy (from what I can read) and seems to be an up and comer that may be a little under the Radar.

Knew Pete Lembo during his time at Elon and he's a great football mind and great coach. Heck of a recruiter too who understands what it takes to get football players at a tough private institution. Plus he and his wife loved North Carolina and from what I have heard, would love nothing more than to come back down this way.

He's my first choice FWIW.

My vote is for Josh Strickland
